Responsibilities- Operate, monitor, and troubleshoot production machinery in compliance with safety protocols.
- Perform machine set-up, changeovers, and adjustments to maintain optimal production flow.
- Inspect and test products for quality assurance, ensuring products meet required specifications.
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machinery, adhering to scheduled downtime for servicing.
- Accurately record production data including output, downtime, and equipment performance.
- Assist in packaging and labeling of products as needed.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operation of production lines.
- Follow sanitation procedures and maintain a clean and organized work area in accordance with FDA, GMP, and HACCP standards.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to supervisors immediately.
