A Global Investment Management Firm known for its extensive range of financial products and services, including asset management, risk management, and advisory services.
Job Description- Conduct business analysis for changes, enhancements, and error resolutions within the Salesforce application, including writing and reviewing specifications for both business and IT teams.
- Define requirements, collaborate with development and testing teams, and oversee the execution of test plans, cases, and enhancements to ensure alignment with business goals.
- Perform data analysis to provide logical insights and create detailed release notes, while managing information reporting requirements effectively.
- Monitor and evaluate new Salesforce release features to ensure seamless implementation without disrupting current functionality.
- Assist in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), liaise with internal stakeholders and external vendors, and ensure solutions meet business requirements and expectations.

The Successful Applicant- A minimum of 5 years' relevant experience as a Business Analyst in a financial institution, investment bank, or blue-chip corporate, with at least 2-3 years' hands-on experience in Salesforce CRM.
- Professional experience in the financial services industry, with a strong understanding of the investment management business and technical troubleshooting on the Salesforce platform.
- Salesforce certification and knowledge of Salesforce Apex is advantageous, along with a tertiary qualification in IT or a related field. Additional business analysis certifications (e.g., BABOK, CBAP, CCBA) are a plus.
- Proven experience in Salesforce CRM implementations, business process improvements, and configuring Salesforce. Experience in training staff on new Salesforce functionalities and processes is highly valued.
- Strong understanding of SDLC processes, testing strategies, Object-Oriented Analysis and Design, and Agile work practices, along with proficiency in Visio or other process/system mapping software.
- Experience with Salesforce Apps, including Experience Sites, Account Engagement (Pardot), and Salesforce Lightning interface, is essential.
