Project Manager - Atlanta

At A Glance:

You'll be the key point of contact for clients, providing dynamic leadership that ensures seamless retail execution and satisfaction.

Important Information:

Responsibilities:

○ Execute the overall account business plan and strategy developed by the Project Manager and leadership.

○ Control expenses and manage resources effectively through proper job costing.

○ Develop and maintain client relationships.

○ Develop a thorough knowledge of the client’s operational structure and billing procedures.

○ Network with and develop key buying influences to stay informed of all events related to the assigned client base.

○ Ensure there are clear expectations, SOW agreements, and billing arrangements for each customer and project.

○ Manage all project documentation.

○ Communicate daily with field staff and field management on account scheduling and execution activities.

○ Manage/track projects on MARS as well as any client reporting systems or other internal systems.

○ Create invoices within three (3) business days after the completion of a project.

○ Run monthly P & L’s on every active project to analyze profitability and identify any issues.

Requirements:

○ High School Diploma or GED Equivalent (requires)

○ Bachelor’s Degree (preferred)

○ Minimum of 3 years of project management experience

○ Problem-solving

○ Leadership

○ Business accounting and budgeting (preferred)

○ Able to think creatively and think outside of the box

○ Work independently and able to exercise business judgment on a daily basis

○ Teamwork mindset – Must be able to form strong bonds with other co-workers to ensure projects are executed properly

○ Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

○ Exceptional interpersonal skills and relationship-building – Must be able to develop and maintain strong client relationships

○ Able to proficiently manage and lead a team remotely

○ Proficient use of project-management software (e.g., project set ups, project invoicing, issue purchase orders, etc.)
