This opportunity does not need any experience in HVAC since we offer a fully paid training program for you to attend while you learn the tricks of the trade. You will be in a classroom environment with other new to the trade sales representatives learning everything you need to start your career in the industry.

We have grown substantially each year since we were established in 2003 and have consistent year-round work available. Our Outside Sales Representatives are averaging 2-3 appointments a day – these are all warm leads or marketed leads that we generate for you!

(No door-to-door sales or cold calling!) HVAC is a growing industry that is in high demand for our clients which means stable working conditions for you!

Responsibilities:

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Drive Top Performance by reviewing clients residential heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems and presenting options for improvement and replacement
  • Maintain existing client relationships by Giving Remarkable Service with strong communication, presentation and customer service skills
  • Be Kind and Encouraging by educating clients on options to improve their heating and cooling systems
  • Conduct needs analysis, measure and perform a technical home survey
  • Identify and present and close opportunities for clients to improve their home comfort systems
  • Document service performed and recommendations made by completing applicable forms, reports, logs and/or records
  • Complete all tasks in accordance with Service Champions quality and safety standards and Honor Our Commitments
  • Update job knowledge by Being a Life Long Student and participating in educational opportunities
  • Possess excellent listening skills and can deliver an extraordinary customer experience
  • Possess strong verbal, written and presentation skills
  • Ability to work in hot, cold, wet climates depending on the weather
  • Ability to crawl in tight places and climb ladders; work in attics, garages, crawl spaces and on roofs
  • Integrity and ability to promote a positive company image
  • Results driven in a high-energy environment
  • Attention to detail, high integrity and honesty
  • Must be able to follow directions and work independently

Qualifications:

Do I have What It Takes?
  • 2-3 years Sales experience (Home Installation and Repair highly desired)
  • Excellent listening skills and can deliver an extraordinary customer experience
  • Possess strong verbal, written and presentation skills
  • Integrity and ability to promote a positive company image
Results driven in a high-energy environment
  • At times, ability to crawl in tight places and climb ladders; work in attics, garages, crawl spaces and on roofs in hot, cold and wet conditions

After receiving a conditional offer of employment we will run a background check, drug test, MVR and reference check

Annualized potential compensation based on individual performance: $200,000 - $400,000
