• Oversee daily operations on the construction site
• Coordinate with project managers and other construction professionals
• Ensure all safety protocols and procedures are followed
• Manage construction schedules and timelines
• Communicate progress and any potential issues to stakeholders
• Supervise and mentor construction staff
• Ensure quality standards are met
• Manage construction budget

The Successful Applicant

A successful Construction Superintendent should have:

• A degree in construction management, architecture, engineering or related field
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, equipment, and safety regulations
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to read and understand blueprints and technical documents
• Experience in project management and team supervision

• A competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 (experience dependent)
