About job:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Customer Service Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the face of our company, engaging directly with customers and assisting them with their inquiries and concerns. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure a positive experience for every customer who interacts with our services.

You will be expected to handle various customer requests, resolve any issues promptly, and provide information regarding our products and services

Salary Range: $19.50 - $30.00 per hour
Job: Full time

Location: Dallas, TX

Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers with inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and effectively.
  • Provide information about products and services to enhance customer understanding.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and courtesy in all customer interactions.
  • Document customer interactions and feedback accurately in the system.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve service processes and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to answer customer questions accurately.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in customer service or related fields is a plus.
  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
  • Proficient with basic computer applications and customer service software.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to empathize with customers.
