Program Manager - DOT Contract
The Program Manager will oversee the management, planning, execution, and completion of the project.
He/She will be responsible for setting objectives, allocating resources, managing stakeholders, managing teams of contractor personnel at multiple locations, and ensuring that the program meets its goals within the specified timeframe and budget.
Manages and maintains contractor interface with the senior levels of the customer's organization.
Consults with customer and contractor personnel to formulate and review task plans and deliverables, ensuring conformance with program and project task schedules and costs and contractual obligations.
Establishes and maintains technical and financial reports to show progress of projects to management and customers and organize and assign responsibilities to subordinates.
Provides leadership, direction, and coordination to project teams.
Requirements
Bachelor degree in Program Management, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
8 years of experience in Program Management.
Excellent Communication skills.
