Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare intercompany transactions and reconciliations between group entities.
- Assist in the preparation and filing of sales and use tax returns, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations.
- Perform monthly bank account reconciliations, investigating discrepancies and ensuring accurate records.
- Track and maintain the company's fixed assets, including additions, disposals, and depreciation schedules.
- Work closely with the collections team to assist in tracking overdue accounts and follow-up communication.
- Assist in month-end close process, prepare general ledger reconciliations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance
- 2+ years general accounting experience
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, advanced formulas)
- Experience with ERP systems a plus
