Job Description- Oversee all aspects of property management, including maintenance and tenant relations
- Ensure properties comply with all legal and company regulations
- Coordinate with maintenance staff to manage property repairs and improvements
- Communicate effectively with tenants, addressing any concerns or issues promptly
- Manage property budgets and financials, ensuring optimal financial performance
- Prepare regular reports on property performance and tenant satisfaction
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize property value and rental income
- Stay updated with industry trends and local property market conditions

The Successful Applicant
A successful Property Manager should have:
- LIHTC, affordable tax credit exerience
- Will have managed exclusively affordable buildings
- Strong knowledge of the property industry and local market conditions
- Excellent communication skills, with a customer-focused approach
- Experience in managing property budgets and financials
- Ability to manage all aspects of property maintenance and tenant relations
- Proven track record of delivering superior customer service
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to multitask effectively
- A competitive salary package, estimated around $80,500 - $105,500 + competitive bonuses and awesome benefits and high levels of upward mobility
