Mechanical Contractor located in Central New Jersey is seeking a motivated Mechanical Piping Drafter. Company is NJ's premier commercial/industrial HVAC, Plumbing and Control's service provider!

We are looking for an adept draftsman with a passion for precision and client satisfaction! Our team is seeking a seasoned professional with a minimum of 4 years of experience in mechanical piping design. In this role, you'll play a pivotal part in delivering process projects within defined scope, budget, and schedule while ensuring impeccable design accuracy and adherence to industry standards.

Position: Mechanical Piping Designer Experience Required: Minimum 4 years

• Develop intricate 3D layouts with meticulous attention to detail.
• Analyze and interpret engineering drawings and specifications to guarantee design accuracy.
• Collaborate closely with engineers, team members, and trades to streamline project coordination.
• Thoroughly review and validate drawings to ensure compliance with project requirements and industry norms.
• Engage with clients, subcontractors, and vendors to resolve design-related challenges utilizing Navisworks.
• Uphold project schedules and financial targets with unwavering commitment.

• Minimum 4 years of experience as a Mechanical Piping Designer, including field exposure.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD software is essential; familiarity with Revit and Navisworks is highly advantageous.
• Solid grasp of mechanical piping systems and design fundamentals.
• Demonstrated capability to interpret complex engineering drawings and specifications.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
• Keen eye for detail, prioritizing accuracy and quality in all tasks.
• Ability to efficiently manage multiple projects concurrently and prioritize tasks effectively.
