Must be a self-starter with the ability to prioritize their workload with little supervision.
Duties include but not limited to:- Provide exceptional customer service and support through phone, and in-person interactions.
- Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date records, both physical and digital.
- Utilize office software and equipment efficiently.
- Handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
- Perform tasks such as data entry, scheduling and confirming upcoming appointments.
- Must demonstrate a strong commitment to customer support and a willingness to go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Proficiency in office software and equipment.
- Proofreading and editing skills, attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
