Our client is currently seeking an Associate Director focusing on Transaction Services to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will lead clients through key activities related to mergers and acquisitions, manage risks, and solve complex business problems using innovative strategies.
You will be instrumental in developing new projects, building client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities. The role involves mentoring teams and overseeing project work plans to ensure successful completion. If you have exceptional relationship-building skills with C-level executives, a passion for project management, team leadership and promoting a positive team culture, this could be the role for you.

- Excellent communication skills
