We are offering an exciting contract to hire opportunity as an Administrative Assistant in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. This role is situated in the construction / project management industry and involves handling customer inquiries, maintaining an accurate CRM database, and managing a ticketing system for technician requests.

Responsibilities:

  • Accurately process customer requests through phone and email
  • Maintain and update the CRM database with precise customer and billing data
  • Manage the ticketing system for technician requests efficiently
  • Schedule appointments as required
  • Review contractor time cards and completed job packets for accuracy
  • Route inbound calls from customers to the correct point of contact
  • Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action on past due accounts.
  • Proficiency in answering inbound calls in a detail oriented manner
  • Demonstrated ability in providing excellent customer service
  • Experience in data entry with high accuracy levels
  • Ability to manage email correspondence effectively and efficiently
  • Skilled in handling both inbound and outbound calls
  • Expertise in using Microsoft Excel for various administrative tasks
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook for email management, scheduling, and task organization
  • Experience in scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, and managing calendars.
