Senior Data Analyst

The ICF Senior Data Analyst will support our ICFs Health Engineering Solutions (HES) CMS client team. The Senior Data Analyst will be a part of a strong analytics team and will work closely with a cross-functional group of program implementation, IT, and reporting personnel.

This position will be responsible for data analysis to provide actionable insights to the client.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze complex healthcare data to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
Develop and maintain data visualization dashboards and reports using BI tools such as Microstrategy, Power BI, AWS Quicksight etc.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and delivery actionable insights.
Desing and implement data models, data collection systems, and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality.
Conduct data validation, data cleansing and data profiling to ensure data accuracy and integrity.

Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.

Qualifications:

8+ years of experience as a data analyst and a Bachelor's degree (Computer Science, Data science, Math or equivalent) or a Master's degree with a minimum of 4 years experience.
5+ years of experience with business intelligence tools such as MicroStrategy, Power BI, Tableau or equivalent tools.
2 years experience with SQL and other database management systems.
  1. year proven ability to work with large and complex data sets.
Candidate must reside in the US
Candidate must have lived and worked in the US for 3 of the last 5 years

Candidate must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust

Preferred Skills:

Experience with Extract, transform, load (ETL) processes, utilizing tools such as AWS Glue, Pentato, Microsoft SSIS, Informatica etc.
Experience working in the healthcare industry
Federal Government contracting work experience
