Requirements:
- 6+ years of experience (ideally, but will consider candidates that have applicable experience with less/more tenure)
- Must be licensed/barred in California and able to work PST office hours
- Strong writing skills
Duties:
- Draft motions
- Respond/propound to discovery
- Conduct legal research
- Draft complaints/answers
- Handle interrogatories and requests for admissions
- Develop search terms to identify relevant document
