Job Description- Assist the Project Manager in planning, coordinating, and executing residential construction projects.
- Help manage schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure project milestones are met.
- Communicate effectively with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to maintain project flow.
- Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and compliance with safety standards.
- Maintain project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports.

The Successful Applicant- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Construction Management or related field
- 2-5 years of construction experience - preferably in single family or multifamily industry
- detail oriented, proactive, able to work in fast paced environment
- Great verbal and written communication skills
