Field Service Technician
Candidate will travel to a different location each week-leave Monday morning and typically home by Thursday or Friday. Responsibilities
**This is a traveling position-90% travel. Candidate will travel to a different location each week, including locations in the US and Canada. Leave Monday morning and typically home Thursday or Friday AM.- Calibrate, troubleshoot, inspect, and service all equipment
- Provide technical support for customer related failures, breakdowns and problems
- Ensure all service-related records, including customer calls and emails are documented in Sales Force
- Perform service, warranty work, training and validation as needed for customers
- Support the Service Manager as designated
- Communicate with clients to ensure ongoing awareness of technicians’ activities and equipment status while on site and at least one week prior to arrival
- Support the sales teams with customer quotes and technical questions
