The Administrative Assistant position is responsible for performing all administrative support related to the Electrical Department. The ideal candidate will be a hard-working professional able to undertake a variety of administrative support tasks and work diligently under pressure.This person will be comfortable working with a high degree of attention to detail and discretion as well as incorporating new and effective ways to achieve better results.
DAY IN THE LIFE:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will work as part of a dynamic and passionate team to ensure desired company growth as well as book service appointments and promote customer satisfaction, assist office manager, help pull permits, and file documents.

WHAT YOU NEED:
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
- Have the determination to succeed and grow with the company
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices preferred
- Have a clean driving record
- Be able to pass a drug test and background check

Responsibilities:
What you will do:
- Call customers from prior day for quality check
- Call maintenance customers and schedule visits
- Call on customer list to offer promotions
- Follow up on reviews positive and negative
- General inbound customer service
What you bring:
- Previous customer service experience
- Strong attention to details
- Conscientious, team player
- Honesty integrity, quality craftsmanship and a good attitude
