New Business Development Director focused on Landing New Accounts

Seeking a dynamic and results-driven New Business Development Director to lead our efforts in acquiring new clients through strategic prospecting. This role is pivotal in driving the growth of our business by identifying and developing new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and expanding our market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting & Lead Generation
  • Identify and research potential clients via various channels including email outreach, LinkedIn & social networking, conference attendance, cold calling
  • Develop and execute a targeted prospecting strategy to generate a robust pipeline of qualified leads
  • Experience working with Salesforce to manage pipeline
  • Presenting EyeSee’s capabilities to Fortune 500 global companies, understanding their business outlook, and demonstrating how EyeSee could partner with them
  • A deep understanding of client needs and our growing portfolio of solutions, coupled with adaptability to different industry verticals (FMCG, Healthcare, Media, Tech, etc.)
  • Work with stakeholders who are used to traditional market research methods to change course and exponentially improve the way they gather insights about consumers
  • Client Relationship Building:
  • Establish and maintain relationships through the first sale until the account moves over to the Client Service team for expansion.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for new clients during the onboarding process and through a certain period of time.
  • Market Research Experience
  • Background in various types of custom market research
  • Behavioral research experience is a plus but not mandatory
  • Experience in Shopper Research and/or ad testing
  • Reporting & Analytics
  • Track and report key performance metrics in Salesforce
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 5+ years of experience in business development as an IC
  • Proven track record of successfully identifying & closing new business opportunities
  • Excellent communication skills, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Proficiency with CRM software – Salesforce
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work remotely and independently as well as part of a global sales organization
