Overview:

The Leaves and Benefits Analyst manages employee leave programs which are co-sourced with a third-party leaves vendor, ensuring compliance with firm policies with a focus on employee experience. This role reports to the Senior Manager of Compensation and provides guidance and support to employees and managers regarding leave policies and procedures.

Additionally, the Analyst helps to develop and execute well-being programs to support our global population and runs audits of the benefits data to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Responsibilities:

  • Offer guidance and support to employees and managers on leaves including assisting employees in planning and mapping out their leave schedules
  • Communicate with employees and their managers regarding their leave status and return-to-work plans while collaborating closely with the third-party leave vendor, HR, Attorney Talent, General Counsel and other stakeholders
  • Monitor and analyze leave usage and trends, providing detailed reports and identifying opportunities to improve current process
  • Assist in the development and implementation of updated leave-related policies, ensuring clear and easy-to-understand communications
  • Conduct training sessions for managers and employees on leave-related policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with the Senior Manager of Well-being to develop and implement well-being programs supporting employees in U.S., Europe and Asia to focus on their physical, mental and financial health
  • Coordinate with global offices to ensure the successful rollout and adoption of well-being initiatives
  • Work with Benefits Analysts to conduct analytical audits of benefits data in the HR system to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Handle confidential information with discretion, ensuring employee privacy

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or related field
  • Minimum of one year of experience in Human Resources, or related experience
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Positive attitude, good attention to detail and commitment to excellent customer service
  • Clear and concise writing skills to effectively communicate and exert appropriate influence to drive successful outcomes for programs/projects
  • Able to work in a team environment and individually, as well as a desire to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
  • Knowledge of federal, state, and local leave laws and regulations a plus.
  • Proficient in Excel and Word

The anticipated pay range for this role is listed below and represents our good faith and reasonable estimate of the starting salary range at the time of posting. In addition, this role is eligible for a discretionary bonus based on performance.

The actual offered rate for this position will be determined based on job-related, non-discriminatory factors, including qualifications and experience, geographic location, education, external market data and consideration of internal equity.

Boston - $81,000 - $123,550

New York - $84,900 - $129,450

Working Conditions:

This position requires hybrid on-site presence as an essential function of the role. Consistent and predictable on-site presence is required for ongoing business continuity, professional development and effective collaboration with colleagues and management.
