About job:

We are seeking a friendly and professional Office Receptionist to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, representing our organization with a warm disposition and exemplary service.

Your daily responsibilities will go beyond answering phones; you will manage a variety of administrative tasks that are essential to the smooth operation of our office. As the Office Receptionist, you will facilitate communication between departments and ensure that all inquiries are addressed promptly and accurately

Salary Range: $16.50 - $25.00 per hour
Job: Full time

Location: Philadelphia, PA

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner.
  • Answer and route incoming phone calls, directing them to the appropriate staff.
  • Manage the scheduling of appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.
  • Maintain and organize the reception area to ensure a clean and inviting environment.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages, ensuring prompt delivery.
  • Assist with basic administrative tasks, including data entry and filing tasks.
  • Respond to client inquiries and provide information about services and policies.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration are a plus.
  • Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable with technology.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a busy environment.
  • Professional demeanor and ability to maintain confidentiality.
