Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Shelby
The Stepping Stones Group is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist for our team in Shelby, NC!
Job Details:
Full-Time position: 37.5 hours per weekCaseload: Up to 50 students
Conduct assessments to evaluate student's speech, language, and communication abilities, develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings, and provide therapy services to students individually and in group settings.
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support students' communication needs, monitoring student's progress, and adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of therapy sessions and progress reports.
Requirements:
Graduate from a Speech-Language Pathology program.
State license as a Speech-Language Pathologist in NC
Experience working with children and adolescents in a school setting.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
