Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Senior Financial Analyst to join our Corporate FP&A team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in supporting financial planning and analysis activities while also supporting responsibilities in treasury functions, including cash management and reconciliations.
Responsibilities:
- Financial Analysis & Reporting:
- Supports all month-end close activities and analysis, including monthly financial reporting. Support the development of comprehensive financial reports and dashboards for senior management and stakeholders. Compare actual financial performance against budgets and prior year.
- Provides insights into financial trends, opportunities and potential risks.
- Supports the annual budgeting and forecasting process.
- Provides proactive thought leadership focused on both process efficiencies and enhanced data analysis.
- Manages the user administration for our annual budgeting and monthly reporting and analysis tool.
- Treasury & Cash Management:
- Supports daily cash management activities, including the reconciliation of company bank accounts, preparation of cash summary emails noting receipts, disbursements and borrowing activity, and the preparation of various wire transfer requests.
- Performs daily and monthly cash reconciliations, ensuring that bank balances are accurate and discrepancies are promptly resolved.
- Assists in bank account administration including user access approval.
- Collaboration & Communication:
- Works closely with accounting, operations, and other finance teams to ensure alignment on cash flow management and financial reporting.
- Provides support to the Finance Manager and VP FP&A on ad-hoc financial analysis and special projects.
- Presents financial findings and recommendations in a clear and concise manner.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 2-3 years of experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or treasury, preferably in a corporate environment.
- Strong proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies and processes.
- Experience with treasury functions such as cash management, bank reconciliations, and cash flow forecasting.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with financial software
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
- High attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy and meeting deadlines.

- A proactive and positive attitude, with a passion for supporting others and contributing to team success.
