Role Summary:

Anthropologie is looking for an Assistant Digital Merchandiser to help manage the flow of the Home & Furniture product and storytelling from the buy to the activation as well as the overall maintenance of the site.

Role Responsibilities:

The Assitant Digital Merchandiser will help with the execution related to the below responsibilities:

  • Category Page Merchandising (faceouts, dsaps, lock tiles & algorithm management)
  • PDP Management (creative alts/ faceouts, rec trays, collection, make it a match, etc,)
  • Search Optimizations (OSS, SEO & TBD Home version of Trendalytics)
  • Onsite Content (Gateways, LP’s, Banners etc.)
  • Navigation, Filters, & Trend Shop maintenance (taxonomy)
  • Marketing CT’s and Experiences
  • Testing Initiatives
  • Reporting
  • Product Activations (daily & campaign launches)
  • Inventory Management for featured content styles (Email, HPG, Paid & Organic Social)

Role Qualifications:

  • Strong communication & organizational skills
  • Good sense of urgency and ability to prioritize & multi-task
  • Proficiency using Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint
  • Proactive personality with exceptional interpersonal skills
  • Capable of working cross-functionally with teams across the organization to help support the digital channel
  • Ability to prioritize and maintain a high level of accuracy completing multiple tasks in a fast paced, dynamic environment
  • Interest/knowledge of home interiors, trends, and general understanding of Anthropologie brand
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Fashion, Business, or a related field
Location: Philadelphia, PA

Travel: Minimal travel required
