Maintenance technician - Randstad
In this position you will oversee not only the facilty maintenace but the maintenace of the machines as well. HVAC certification is a plus.
salary: $58,240 - $76,790 per yearshift: Third
work hours: 9 PM - 5 AM

Responsibilities
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Troubleshoots problems with the facility and facility equipment.
Requisitions repairs or recommends replacements based on diagnosis of problems.
Supervises and coordinates installations and/or repairs of equipment, electrical, gas, air, water, andsewer by working with outside contractors.
Works to expedite installations and/or repairs to avoid delays in production.
Obtains competitive quotes from reputable and quality vendors when pricing for goods and/orservices.
Assists in the training of operation of facility equipment.
Maintains an ongoing preventative/predictive maintenance program for facility and facility equipment.
Maintains an organized parts inventory.
