RN/LPN Float - Primary Care - Full-time

Responsibilities:
In this role, you will rotate between different primary care departments, providing direct patient care, performing assessments, and accurately documenting patient information. You will collaborate closely with physicians and healthcare professionals to ensure smooth care transitions and maintain the highest standards of patient care.This position requires adaptability, as you will integrate into different clinical settings and support various teams as needed.
This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, from 8 AM to 5 PM, with occasional needs to cover shifts beyond regular hours depending on departmental requirements.
Qualifications:
To qualify, you must hold a current RN or LPN license in Illinois, with a minimum of 2 years of nursing experience preferred. You must be able to adapt to different clinical environments and work effectively in a team-oriented setting. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with BLS certification, while ACLS certification is preferred.
