Senior Inside Sales Representative

Position Summary:

The primary responsibility of the Senior Inside Sales Representative (ISR) is to promote, sell and market products according to established sales targets. This position will also consistently contribute in generation of new business, monitor competitors, and follow market trends.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Generate sales leads and prospect for new accounts in specified areas
  • Create custom quotes and proposals
  • Take ownership and follow-up on established sales deals
  • Build and maintain relationships with a pipeline of customers
  • Understand current and new market trends and industry best practices
  • Analyze competitors
  • Drive sales campaigns to established customer base

Minimum Required Qualifications:

  • Due to the nature of this position and the information that employees will be required to access, U.S. Citizenship is required.
  • There is no security clearance required for this position
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university
  • Must have at 3-5 years of experience inside sales experience
  • Must have 3-5 years of experience with supporting internal and external Customers.
  • Must have 3-5 years of experience problem solving to ensure client relationships are maintained
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task
  • Must be proficient in common IT Skills such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point
  • Beneficial to have a strong foundation in Information Technology products and interoperability

Pay Scale:

The hourly rate for this position ranges from $83,000 - $95,000

The salary range and/or hourly rate listed is a good faith determination of potential base compensation that may be offered to a successful applicant for this position at the time of this job advertisement and may be modified in the future. When determining a base salary and/or rate, several factors may be considered as applicable (e.g., years of relevant experience, education, credentials, and internal equity).

Working Conditions:

Work is typically based in a busy office environment and subject to frequent interruptions. Business work hours are normally set from Monday through Friday 6:00am to 3:00pm, however some extended or weekend hours may be required. Additional details on the precise hours will be informed to the candidate from the Program Manager/Hiring Manager.

Physical Requirements:

May be required to lift and carry items weighting up to 50 lbs. Requires intermittent standing, walking, sitting, squatting, stretching and bending throughout the work day.

Background Screening/Check/Investigation:

Successful Completion of a Background Screening/Check/Investigation will be required as a condition of hire.
