- Familiarity with local and national plumbing codes and safety regulations.

Responsibilities
What You’ll Do:
- Lead and manage the plumbing department, ensuring high performance across all operations.
- Oversee project management, estimating, scheduling, and budgeting to ensure successful project completion.
- Cultivate strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to drive business growth.
- Mentor and develop a team of skilled plumbers, focusing on quality workmanship, safety, and customer satisfaction.
- Implement strategies to optimize department profitability and efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with all industry regulations and safety standards.
- Collaborate with other department managers to align business goals and share best practices.
