Overview:
As a Maintenance Technician at Mirabella Seattle, you’ll provide routine and spontaneous building maintenance services for our 200+ residents and other departments to make sure operations run smoothly. Our residents and employees live and work alongside one another on a daily basis – what better way to grow relationships, build connections and ultimately feel like you’re making an impact on someone’s life every day.In addition to completing maintenance work orders in a timely manner, you'll work with the entire maintenance team to ensure building systems are compliant - we're looking for someone with previous experience in water source heat pumps.
Wages: $24.00 - $31.00 /hr DOEAbout You: Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general apartment maintenance required.
