The role also requires coordination of plant-wide shutdowns and is a short term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and schedule both preventive and corrective maintenance activities according to priority
• Manage and coordinate with the maintenance department and stock room for spare parts availability
• Utilize computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) for managing work orders, documentation, and assets
• Train and guide employees on the usage and functionalities of the CMMS
• Coordinate plant-wide shutdowns ensuring minimal disruption to manufacturing processes
• Utilize ERP solutions such as SAP for effective resource planning
• Engage in KPI reporting to track and improve maintenance logistics
• Promote a customer service approach to maintenance, processing requests and inquiries efficiently
• Ensure alignment of maintenance activities with manufacturing protocols
• Monitor and take appropriate action on customer accounts using CRM and other tools.
• Proficient in the use of 3M, CRM, Eaton, ERP
• Enterprise Resource Planning, ERP Solutions, and About Time.
• Strong knowledge of SAP is essential.
• Proven experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to perform logistics tasks.
• Experience in KPI reporting.
• Familiarity with maintenance planning procedures.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
