[ref. u38802418] Reception – Inventory Clerk - Pipeline - Monroe
We are in search of a qualified Receptionist / Inventory Receiving Administrator. This is an in-office role with a schedule of Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM ~ 4:30 PM.

This could be a Direct Hire Opportunity for well qualified candidates.
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hourExpected hours: 40 per week
Main Duties:
- Direct all divisional receiving functions
- Coordinate and process all administrative receiving paperwork
- Communicate with corporate purchasing and accounting functions on receiving status, all receiving documents, and purchase order variances
- Check/ Balance system with packing slips at locations, invoicing to corporate office
- Communicate variances on purchase orders to warehouse and operational personnel
- Update system production schedule and status reports on estimated product arrival dates
- Issue purchase orders for components and parts to key suppliers (local only, we have corporate level purchasing for many of our suppliers).
- Primary phone operator / receptionist
- Attempt to be first line of help to any inbound call, route to appropriate personnel as needed or take very detail-oriented messages
- Maintain meticulously organized files for each supplier, purge filing cabinets for storage annually
- Create delivery receipts / packets for completed vehicles
- Perform special projects as needed
- Contribute to overall administrative personnel functions
- Maintain polite and professional communication via phone and email with suppliers and intercompany departments
- Teamwork skills in collaborating on interdepartmental tasks and administrative projects
- Computer skills include use of Outlook for email and calendar, Excel to maintain spreadsheets, and use of industry-specific software to create and receive purchase orders, generate reports, and conduct research
