Business Analyst Senior (UKGPRO) - Framingham
We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst with 8+ years of experience to join a fast-paced environment supporting UKG WFM platforms (WFC & PRO). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Agile delivery methodology, with proficiency in JIRA and Confluence for documenting stories, features, and requirements.
The role requires expertise in analyzing complex cross-functional business processes, defining integrated requirements, and facilitating the design of process, technical, and organizational solutions. You will work closely with business SMEs, drive the adoption of solutions, and ensure successful implementation.
Experience with TOSCA for automated testing and manual UAT for PRO (UKG WFM) is mandatory. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field is required. strong communication skills, the ability to manage deliverables, and familiarity with process mapping, gap analysis, and functional design are essential.

responsibilities: Analyzes complex cross functional business processes and defines integrated requirements.- Facilitates the design of integrated solutions (process, technical & organizational).
- Ensures the end to end solution is proven to deliver the required business results.
- Drives adoption of the designed processes and solution use with stakeholders.
- Communicates with business SMEs to ensure expectations are kept in line with project status.
- Drives the definition, testing, training, and implementation of functional requirements.
- Upon implementation, drives & supports the knowledge transfer to Global Production Support.
- Develop, monitor and track plans to create the BA deliverables on an assigned project.
- Creates/revises/executes the following deliverables using industry standard techniques as applicable, including but not limited to:
- Process Maps
- Data Flow Diagrams
- Requirements Specifications
- Functional Design & configuration
- Use Case Scenarios
- Acceptance Testing
- Coordinate user activities during the project life cycle, develop, execute and validate user acceptance test plans and implementation support.
- Maintains focus on process analysis with an understanding of technical problems and solutions and the relationship to the business environment
- Business process mapping
- Functional and technical gap analysis
- Analyzes overall project considerations and builds the business rationale to provide an ROI and a concrete solution recommendation
- Facilitate gathering of functional requirements
- Supports Testing requirements (if applicable)
OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
- 8 plus years of experience (required)
- TOSCA (automated testing tool) experience for PRO (UKG WFM) - Mandatory
- Manual testing UAT - for PRO (UKG WFM) - Mandatory
- Project management experience (but we are not looking for Project Managers)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT or equivalent work experience
