HR Generalist

Are you a solutions-oriented HR Professional with a knack for managing payroll tasks seamlessly? We are on the hunt for a meticulous, tech-savvy HR Generalist who is adept at using Paylocity to help streamline HR operations for a local organization in the Lehigh Valley.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties.
• Implementing clearing systems to track employees, ensuring we maintain absolute compliance with all legal and corporate directives.
• Handling the administrative necessities associated with onboarding, orientation, payroll, and handling audit files.
• Providing clerical and administrative support to the Human Resources executives.
• Processing payroll, which includes ensuring vacation and sick time are tracked in the system.
• Resolving payroll discrepancies by collecting and analyzing information.

Job Requirements:

• Proven experience in Human Resources or similar role.
• Familiarity with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and Paylocity.
• Basic knowledge of labor laws.
• Strong command over payroll strategies and best practices.
• Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important projects.
• Strong phone, email and in-person communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or a related field.
• Experience with CentralReach system a bonus.
• Evidence of the practice of high-level confidentiality.
