As a Compensation Administrator, you will support the administrative operations of the compensation team. Princeton University's compensation programs are critical for attracting, retaining, and rewarding a talented and diverse workforce. This position supports the design, development and administration of the University's compensation programs and processes.

This is a two year, benefits eligible term position.

Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support for annual compensation programs and processes including; Merit Increase Program, Executive Compensation, Salary Budget Planning, Market & Equity Review, Tiger & Spot Awards, Princeton Minimum Rate Review, and EEO Pay Equity Analysis.

Administer, process, audit and serve as the primary point of contact for the following Additional Pay actions; Temporary Pay, Union Pay.

Provide administrative support for compensation project work (union negotiations, cross functional projects, external consultant projects).

Act as primary point of contact for all compensation website updates, and compensation form changes.

Qualifications:

Essential qualifications

3+ years of experience in compensation, human resources or related experience working with data

Excellent customer service skills
Excellent analytical skills
Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
Excellent judgment and discretion
Ability to effectively organize and manage multiple priorities

Strong attention to detail

Preferred qualifications

Excellent Excel skills
Knowledge of HR Systems (PeopleSoft)

Experience submitting compensation surveys
