Accounts Payable Clerk

We are seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team in SeaTac, Washington. In this role, you will be tasked with managing various aspects of our accounts payable process within the service industry. This position offers a long-term contract employment opportunity.

• Accurately process customer credit applications in a timely manner
• Maintain up-to-date and accurate customer credit records
• Manage customer inquiries and provide timely resolutions
• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary
• Oversee vendor management and purchase order matching
• Manage and organize an email inbox efficiently
• Enter data into tracking system accurately
• Process approvals and coding for customer credit applications
• Check for approval confirmations and other necessary documents
• Send out refunds to customers as required
• Conduct check runs twice per week
• Manage checking and allocate funds monthly
• Reconcile cash advances and track unclaimed property.
• Proficiency in Account Reconciliation
• Experience with Accounts Payable (AP)
• Familiarity with Check Runs
• Expertise in Coding Invoices
• Skilled in Data Entry
• Knowledge of Invoice Processing
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Prior experience in the service industry would be advantageous
