  • Use Paycom for various HR tasks, optimizing efficiency and accuracy

  • Minimum of 3 years experience in a Human Resources role, preferably within the legal industry
  • Proficient in managing benefit functions including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee benefits
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with an ability to effectively convey information to all levels of staff
  • Strong understanding of compliance and labor laws to ensure the organization adheres to all legal standards
  • Proven experience in employee relations, with a focus on maintaining a positive work environment and resolving any conflicts or issues
  • Familiarity with hiring processes, from screening applicants to conducting interviews and onboarding new hires
  • Proficiency in using Paycom or similar HR management software for payroll, benefits administration, and other HR tasks.
