The Financial Analyst will be conducting detailed financial analyses, forecasting, and reporting to support decision-making processes. The Financial Analyst will also play a crucial role in developing and managing financial processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct detailed financial analyses to identify problems and opportunities.
• Organize and analyze financial data, drawing insights to support short-term and long-range strategic plans and operating budgets.
• Develop and manage finance process targets, providing regular updates on performance and analysis.
• Perform cost analysis by enforcing policies and procedures, providing trends and forecasts, and explaining processes and techniques.
• Analyze trends and forecasts, recommending actions for optimization.
• Drive process improvements, including the creation of standard and ad-hoc reports, tools, and dashboards.
• Assist in market research and data mining to provide business intelligence.
• Monitor cash inflows and outflows on projects and report any cash flow issues.
• Establish strong relationships with internal leadership and project teams.
• The candidate must have a minimum of 2 years of experience as a Financial Analyst or a similar role.
• A bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is required.
• Professional certification such as MBA would be a plus.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting and data analysis is required.
• High proficiency with MS Excel (INDEX MATCH, LOOKUPS, NPV, IRR, etc.) is a must.
