• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
• Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
• Conduct research to identify potential new customers.
• Reach out to prospects through cold calls, emails, and other methods.
• Qualify leads and schedule appointments for sales representatives.
• Assist sales representatives in preparing proposals, quotes, and presentations.
• Provide product demonstrations and technical information to customers.
• Confidently read technical drawings related to fasteners, nuts, bolts, and similar products, discuss them with clients, and track them in ERP system.
• Collaborate with the sales and purchasing teams to ensure a smooth process across all transactions
• Monday-Friday in-office, 8:30am-5pm
