Job Title: Program Planning & Management Specialist Job Description: We are currently looking to permanent a Program Planning & Management Specialist, who is adept at developing comprehensive program, portfolio, and project plans using Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid methodologies.
The preferred candidate will possess effective skills in managing deliverables, timelines, testing management, and vendor coordination. The ability to ensure adherence to project baselines is of utmost importance to this role. Key Responsibilities: Designing and implementing comprehensive program, portfolio, and project plans while utilizing Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid methodologies Delineating project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines with clarity Monitoring testing activities and resources to guarantee that all functionality, performance, and unit testing objectives are satisfied Employing robust vendor management skills to ensure the completion of contracts within given constrains Collaborating with internal resources and third party/vendors to execute projects within the determined baselines Utilizing organizational tools for efficient tracking, management, and reporting of programs and projects Overseeing multiple, interrelated projects and managing all associated dependencies Managing a program aligning with an approved Program Charter and escalating per Governance structure when necessary Executing and managing per the established governance plan Maintaining consistency across all projects and their programs Creating a Program Roadmap/timeline and managing the same to meet milestones, objectives, and project interdependencies Strategizing and managing all program deployment activities Incorporating program methodologies and tools in alignment with industry standards and best practices Communicating regularly and effectively across all projects Managing program estimates, budgets, issues, risks, assumptions, and constraints Ensuring all decisions and issues are escalated appropriately Assisting Project Managers with Vendor Management tasks Job Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Project Management or related field.

Prior experience in related roles Proficient with Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid project management methodologies Exceptional vendor management skills Strong interpersonal and team management abilities Proficient with project management software tools Certified Project Management detail oriented (PMP) would be an added advantage.
