Our client is seeking an Engineering leader to drive technical excellence across all engineering departments. This senior management role is crucial in shaping the engineering teams, program execution, site financials, and overall direction of the organization.Provide on-site leadership to a large multi-discipline engineering organization including Systems, Electrical, Mechanical, and Software.
Requirements:
MUST HAVE MIL/AERO EXPERIENCE- B.S. or M.S. in Engineering (Electrical or Electromechanical highly preferred)
- 15+ years of product development experience engineering
- 5+ years in a senior management role, ideally managing multiple engineering departments/disciplines
- Knowledge of circuit board design is a plus
- Direct experience with IRAD programs
