Content Marketing Manager
You'll monitor and analyze the performance of our marketing content through metrics like traffic, engagement, and conversion rates. Your content will reinforce our brand and value proposition by communicating our expertise and strengths. The Content Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing content marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and support sales objectives.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of creating high-quality content that engages audiences and drives results.
This position is based at our headquarters in Broomfield, CO, with the flexibility to work remotely one day per week.
Responsibilities
Content Creation & Execution:
- Develop and implement a content marketing strategy aligned with the company's overall marketing goals
- Conduct in-depth research to understand our target audience, their pain points, and their content consumption habits.
- Build content across the entire sales process
- TOF, MOF, BOF
- to drive and convert leads
- Create a variety of content assets, including blog posts, articles, white papers, ebooks, infographics, videos, and social media posts
- Build and manage an editorial calendar that ensures a consistent flow of high-quality content across various channels.
- Collaborate with other members of the marketing team to promote content across different channels
- Collaborate with subject matter experts, internal stakeholders, and external contributors to develop high-quality content.
- Analyze content performance and make data-driven adjustments to the strategy
- Stay up-to-date on the latest content marketing trends and best practices
Lead Generation & Nurturing:
- Develop lead magnets and gated content to capture qualified leads.
- Implement lead nurturing campaigns to guide prospects through the sales funnel.
- Track and analyze content performance to measure lead generation effectiveness and optimize content strategy.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field
- Experience: 3-5 years of proven experience in B2B content marketing, with a strong focus on thought leadership and lead generation.
- Writing & Editing: Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with the ability to adapt your writing style to different audiences and formats.
- SEO Expertise: Deep understanding of SEO best practices and experience optimizing content for search engines.
- Content Strategy: Proven ability to develop and execute content strategies that drive measurable results.
- Communication & Collaboration: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Portfolio of published work
- Experience creating engaging social media content.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to track and analyze content performance data.
- Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects.
- Experience with marketing automation tools (Hubspot specifically) and AI
- Experience in the security or cybersecurity industry
- Graphic design skills
- Familiarity with video production

Salary: $65-80k
