We are looking for an Heating Oil Service Technician with a strong mechanical service background, preferably in the Oil Heat, Plumbing, Oil Appliance Repair or HVAC fields.
Job responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Install tanks and lines to make sure system passes all state & local installation/permit requirements.
- Repair and maintaining appliances; and providing service to our residential, commercial and industrial customers.
- Provide annual cleanings and service to customer equipment.
- Inspect vehicle daily and report any problems in accordance with company policy and DOT regulations
Requirements:
- CT Burner License B-2 or better required
- High School Graduate or Equivalent, Trade School Preferred
- Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) containing a Hazmat, Tank and Air Brake Endorsements and DOT Medical preferred or must be able to obtain within 90 days of employment.
- Ability to pass pre-employment DOT physical, Drug Test and Homeland Security Background Check.
