In House Real Estate Paralegal

Dynamic Global Commercial Real Estate Company seeks commercial real estate paralegal with 10+ years to support busy Miami headquarters. Paralegal will report into in house attorneys and will be responsible for:
- Assist attorneys in commercial real estate transactions from contracts and loan commitments through closing and post-closing.
- Assist with commercial real estate due diligence, including title and survey reviews, title objection letters, lease reviews, municipal lien searches, and UCC, and lien searches.
- Prepare organizational documents and assist in entity formation.
- Prepare closing checklists, critical dates timelines, title commitments, title policies, and closing statements.
- Responsible for closing binders and assisting with other aspects of the transactions.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree and Paralegal Certification preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
