Senior Business Analyst

We are looking for an analyst supporting the CIO (Chief Information Officer). This position will have a wide range of responsibilities including but not limited to project management, data analysis, and improving operational efficiency. Below are some key responsibilities for this role.

  1. Strategic Support:
  • Gather and analyze data to provide insights that support key decisions for both the CIO and Chief of Staff.
  • Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to IT projects and initiatives.
  1. Project Management:
  • Coordinate with different cross functional teams to ensure timely and successful completion of technology initiatives.
  • Prepare project plans, track progress, and manage any issues or risks.
  1. Data Analysis and Reporting:
  • Analyze data from various technology initiatives and provide reports on performance, trends, and potential issues.
  • Prepare presentations and reports for senior leadership, highlighting key findings and recommendations.
  1. Communication and Coordination:
  • Serve as a liaison between the CIO, Chief of Staff, and other departments or teams, ensuring smooth communication across the organization.
  • Assist in preparing briefing materials for the CIO and Chief of Staff for meetings with executives, stakeholders, and external partners.
  • Help prepare communication for internal or external stakeholders.
  1. Process Improvement:
  • Identify inefficiencies or gaps in the current technology and business processes and recommend improvements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to streamline workflows, increase efficiency, and reduce risk.
  1. Executive-Level Support:
  • Provide direct support to the CIO and Chief of Staff in high-level decision-making and strategic planning.
  • Help manage the CIO's and Chief of Staff's calendars, prioritizing meetings and initiatives that align with strategic goals.
  • Handle sensitive information, ensuring confidentiality and integrity of all data.
  1. Ad-hoc Responsibilities:
  • Assist with special projects as needed, based on the changing needs of the office and leadership team.
  • Provide administrative support, such as preparing agendas, minutes, and follow-ups for executive meetings.
