Electrical Superintendent
Our client is seeking an experienced Electrical Superintendent to oversee the installation of industrial manufacturing equipment at a new facility. In this role, you will be responsible for managing contractors, ensuring project schedules are met, and maintaining safety standards on site.
You'll also be the key liaison between the client and contractors, ensuring smooth communication and project execution.
To be successful in this role, you'll need 10+ years of experience in industrial construction, specifically heavy equipment installation. Proficiency in reviewing technical drawings, strong organizational skills, and knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems are essential.An OSHA 30 certifications are required. This is a long-term contract slated to last 12+ months, and our client is only seeking local talent at this time.

responsibilities:
- Manage contractors and subcontractors, ensuring project schedules, budgets, and safety compliance.
- Oversee equipment installation, ensuring alignment with project specifications.
- Coordinate communication between the client and contractors, including RFIs and CCRs.
- Develop project status reports and present updates to management.
- Take proactive measures to ensure a safe job site and adherence to safety regulations.
- Create and administer equipment installation contracts and bid packages.
