Acts Acquisition & Development Company is currently seeking qualified candidates for our Construction Estimator/Purchaser position.
In this role, you will be responsible for generating and managing cost estimates required for budgeting, pre-construction, and bidding efforts. Estimates vary from conceptual to full guaranteed maximum price estimates to lump sum hard bids. Completes full quantity take-offs to support accurate estimates for all disciplines in commercial and residential projects, including but not limited to civil and site work, structural, concrete, metals, casework, doors/windows, building skin, finishes, specialties, mechanical, plumbing, and electrical.A complete understanding of the interrelationship of the cost of labor, material, equipment, and productivity must be applied to develop complete estimates.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:
- College degree or equivalent experience in construction management, estimating, or project supervision
- Minimum of five years' construction experience
- Estimating and purchasing/buy-out experience
- Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license

Pay Range: $85,000.00 - $101,000.00 / year. Starting rate will vary based on skills and experience.
