Analyst Financial Sr | Managerial Acct | PRN

Overview:

PRN Position

Development, maintenance and implementation of budgeting, reporting, benchmarking and/or cost accounting systems. Compiling and presenting statistical and financial information and providing analytical and financial support to management.

Qualifications:

Required Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business or related area.

Necessary Skills:

1. Communication skills Able to work closely with managers in order to communicate and explain financial findings and answer questions. Prepare/present effective written and oral communication
2. Decision making/Problem solving skills Ability to evaluate user requests to define course of action, investigate solutions and question assumptions Ability to meet deadlines
3. Technical skills Advanced MS Excel or other spreadsheet software. Proficient with basic data manipulation such as sorting, data filtering and cut/copy/paste. Knowledge of advanced mathematical functions such as sum if, VLOOKUP, etc. Ability to work with graphs and Pivot tables, System Maintenance Intermediate, MS Word or other word processing software. Must be able to create and edit (cut/copy/paste) documents, use bullets and numbering, and work with tables.
4. Accounting skills General understanding of Income Statement and Balance Sheet Beginning PFM/Peoplesoft or other healthcare GL system Cost Accounting Methodologies

Preferred Experience: 3-5 Years - Healthcare Industry
