Acara Solutions is seeking an Assembly Technician located in the Austin area to perform electrical and/or mechanical assembly of mass spec instruments.
The person selected for this role will assist with the development of a portable ion trap mass spectrometer. This is an opportunity to assist a company with tremendous growth potential on the ground floor. There is potential for the position to become permanent.

Onsite in Austin, TX (78758)Pay rate: $23-25/hr, dependent on experience -Principle Responsibilities will be:-Electrical and mechanical assembly and rework of mass spectrometers-Maintain lab in terms of cleanliness, MSDS documentation, and ESD control
