Responsibilities
This role is responsible for ensuring the operational efficiency of manufacturing equipment through troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining industrial machinery and systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pneumatics, hydraulics, electrical systems, and the ability to read and interpret blueprints.Experience with SAP for maintenance tracking is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine and preventive maintenance on industrial machinery and equipment.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
- Utilize SAP or other CMMS software to track work orders, parts inventory, and maintenance schedules.
- Install and upgrade machinery components as needed.
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulatory compliance standards.
- Collaborate with production teams to minimize downtime and optimize efficiency.
- Document maintenance activities and provide reports as required.
