Legal Secretary
We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Legal Secretary. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our legal team and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Responsibilities:- Assist attorneys with case preparation, including drafting legal documents, organizing case files, and conducting legal research.
- Prepare and file legal documents with courts and administrative agencies.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and adhere to ethical standards.
- Previous experience as a legal secretary or in a similar administrative role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal case management software.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Knowledge of legal terminology and procedures preferred.
